From this centralized dashboard, you can check the status of worker attendance via geo-tagged check-ins, add or remove workers to the roster, get alerts on the local weather forecasts, and sent out mass communications or notifications to all staff in the field.

Program Scheduler

Schedule staff for multiple events or across multiple days in a campaign at once via multiselect. View and schedule by days, week and month. Filter by events that have open staff slots. Tentatively place staff on events until you are ready to confirm and send the bookings. View schedule by staff member to see all event options they are eligible for.

Communicator

Communicator is a tool designed to efficiently communicate to staff in the field. Craft a new message by adding a subject and body to send to all staff booked on an event. Staff receive a push notification and view messages in the Message Center on the app home screen. View read receipts to confirm staff has received the message.

In App Training

Upload brand documentation, talking points, or training videos onto our secure mobile application to train staff. The best part? They can reference this information at anywhere at any time.

Photo Portal

Workers upload photos, during and after activations, into a centralized portal for you to view. In addition to brand photos, use this feature to verify the footprint setup and equipment, confirm uniforms or staff counts, and more. Review photos by filtering by brand, location, or other tags. Give stakeholders a guest pass into the photo portal via a link to show a curated selection of photos.

Reporting

View and analyze reporting live, as it is completed, by staff in the field. Download and aggregate responses across dates or an entire program. Access your data visually and generate custom reports through our reporting tool Tableau.

This app is amazing. It’s self explanatory and easy. I’m not a pro with technology at all and even I find it easy to use. The other nice thing is I can apply and be booked for events at my day job and don’t have to worry about missing calls and texts asking for my availability

A very smart way to earn a second income
Booked out is a very smart and innovative app designed for those looking to explore and gain more customer service experience.
Even though I’m completely new to the app I absolutely love the options and flexibility of finding a second income.
I work weekdays Monday – Friday from 8-4 so I don’t have too much time on my hands to find a second job, but with this app I can search for jobs on the weekend and make some extra money without conflicting with my primary schedule.
I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs to earn extra income on weekends, and have other obligations.
